Returns Policy
All sales are final. Since many of our products are personal and come in contact with body parts and bodily fluids, we do not offer returns. This is simply to ensure that all of our customers receive brand new and never used items. However, we will process exchanges for defective products purchased from thelovestore.com within 30 days with a valid order confirmation email. If your purchase falls beyond that, please check with the manufacturer for their return policies. Please note that any packages returned without an RMA number will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.

Your orders will always arrive securely packaged in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers. Anything could be inside! For all your nosy neighbors, roommates, or family members know, you could have ordered skincare, cat food, power tools, or any number of random things. Only you know what fun things are actually inside.
